Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a safe, drug free treatment. Acupuncture is used to tonify underlying deficiencies and balance energy in the meridians, facilitating and speeding up the healing process. Whatever your health issues, acupuncture helps you feel better in yourself and brings your body and mind back into balance.
Tuina Massage
Tuina is acupuncture without needles! Most of what can be done with needles, can be achieved with many of the different massage techniques that Tuina offers. Tuina techniques include gentle stroking, stimulation of specific acupuncture points, rocking, shaking, kneading, rotating joints, plucking of tendons, gentle traction of neck, arms and legs. Tuina can be used as a relaxation therapy and also for deeper tissue and structural work.
