Bay of Plenty Polytechnic Certificate in Relaxation Massage - Supervised Student Massage Clinic

Venue	BOP Polytechnic, Windermere Campus, Windermere H112 (H block, ground floor by double sliding doors)

Cost	$15 for a one hour relaxation massage $ 5 for a 20 minute chair massage (fully clothed)
Dates	In 2012 Semester 1 the clinic will be open on the following dates Friday 4th May, 11th May, 18th May, 15th June, 22nd June Tuesday 29th May, 5th June Appointment times will be 9.30, 10.45, 12.00, 1.15pm Bookings will open on Monday 16th April 20 minute chair massages will also be available Please check the ezybook booking calendar for times that are available. Please note that some days will not become available to book until 2 weeks before that clinic starts.
Please Note	Massages are for RELAXATION only (not for injuries or other ailments) Please DO NOT come in if you are unwell-(colds, sore throats) as massage is contraindicated when you are sick, cancel and rebook on a later date
STUDENT CLINIC	Please remember that this is a student clinic and they are still learning ... please have a little patience with them and what they have to offer
BOOKINGS	Please Book no more than 3 appointments at any one time
CANCELLATIONS	Please cancel your bookings through the ezybook site NOT THROUGH phone messages or email (we are often not around to deal with these especially at the last minute)
PAYMENT	There is NO EFTPOS available ... cash only
