Whether you are pregnant, caring for a new baby or just in need of some balance and relaxation in your busy life, we can help. Our massage treatments provide an enjoyable way to deeply relax and look after yourself as you care for your family.
Unlike many beauty clinics and spas, our therapists have extensive training in pregnancy & post-natal massage allowing them to give safe and effective treatments from the beginning of the first trimester onwards. This means you can relax knowing that you and your baby are in the hands of specialists.

Note that for all 60 minute massages, you can also add one of our lovely "mini treats"! Just book your 60 minute massage, and then change booking type under the drop down menu and choose the mini treat to add onto the end of your massage.
Last minute bookings or cancellations. If you book or cancel your treatment on the same day, please also notify us by phone on 09 6300 962. Please note that as per our cancellation policy (below), appointments canceled within 24 hours may incur a fee.
New Clients
If you are pregnant and haven't visited us before we ask that you contact your LMC prior to your booking, to let them know that you are having a Bella Mama specialist pregnacy massage and get their verbal consent. When making your booking, please also let us know in the 'Comment' box, how many weeks pregnant you are and if you have any conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes that we may need to know about. We may also contact you by phone to confirm any of the above details.

Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation to avoid a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. This charge is for the consideration of your therapists time and for other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. In the case of a 'no show' or cancellations with less than 4 hours notice the full treatment cost will be charged.

In Bloom Pregnancy Massage (60 mins) - $100 A one hour specialist pregnancy massage that includes a full consultation and warm foot soak. This treatment can be tailored to your individual needs and may include a full body massage or specific focus on areas that need extra attention such as achy backs and sore hips. 3 x In Bloom Package $279

New Bloom Post Natal Massage Treatment (75 mins) - $125 This specialist post-natal massage is wonderful for supporting and nurturinga new mum as she cares for her baby. The relaxing massage techniques improve energy levels and ease baby care aches while the abdominal massage and Javenese Herbal Belly Wrap help to flatten and tone the skin and muscle layers of the belly. 3 x New Bloom Package - $354
Bella Mama One Hour Massage (60 mins) - $90 Including a relaxing foot soak this blissful aromatherapy massage is the ideal way to take time out for yourself to relax and rejuvenate. Choose a full body massage or focus on particular areas that need attention. *(Please note that this treatment is not suitable for pregnancy).
Bella Papa One Hour Massage (60 mins) - $90 Because dads and grandpas deserve massage too! This lemongrass and ginger scented massage focuses on the easing of muscle tension and deep relaxation. With deep tissue techniques and scalp massage this treatment will leave him floating on air!
Bella Mama Royal Treatment (75 mins) - $140 With a one hour Bella Mama massage plus choice of mini treat (see below) and a gift to take home - this massage is the ideal way to spoil yourself or a loved one. *(Please not that this is not a pregnancy treatment).
Mini Treats
These luxurious 15 minute treats are designed to be added on to your massage treatment - giving you that extra touch of bliss! They can be added to any 60 minute massage treatment.

Sweet Feet Treat (15 mins) With a warm scented foot soak, invigorating scrub, foot file, soothing mask and pressure point massage, this treatment will leave tired feet walking on air!
Mini Facial (15 mins) Sink back into deep relaxation as your face and neck and gently cleansed, spritzed with floral water and then toned and revitalised with a nourishing blend of pure essential oils and a shiatsu pressure point massage - absolute heaven! (Note: This treatment is received either lying on the back before 23 weeks or semi reclining after 23 weeks and is therefore suitable for the whole of your pregnancy. Unfortunately the North Shore clinic does not have a table to support the facial for pregnant women after 25 weeks)
Body Polish (15 mins) Soften and smooth your skin in preparation for winter with an invigorating body polish, exfoliating away dead skin cells and leaving you tingling and refreshed (followed by massage treatment)
