Bella Mama is a massage company for women and families, specialising in pregnancy, birth and motherhood. Whether you are pregnant, caring for a new baby or just in need of some balance and relaxation in your busy life, we can help. Our massage treatments provide an enjoyable way to deeply relax and look after yourself as you care for your family.
Unlike many beauty clinics and spas, our therapists have extensive training in pregnancy & post-natal massage allowing them to give safe and effective treatments from the beginning of the first trimester onwards. This means you can relax knowing that you and your baby are in the hands of specialists.

** Important information regarding parking at our clinic. Bella Mama is located at 409 Lake Road between Esmonde Road an and Napier Ave. There is a limited parking area available outside the clinic but the driveway is only accessible by turning left from Lake Road. If you are coming from Takapuna or Esmonde Road it is advisable to turn down Eldon Road (off Esmonde Rd) and then left into Napier Ave. You can then easily turn left into Lake Road and almost immediately left into the driveway of 409. Alternatively (and sometimes easier) park at the end of Napier Ave and walk just a few yards left around the corner to the entrance of the clinic.

Please review our services below and then click on the appropriate treatment on the right hand side under "ezybook now". If you are a first time user of our Ezybook service, it only takes a moment to register. Choose your appointment from the available spaces marked with a time. If you are pregnant you will have to put how many weeks in the comments box before the booking will be accepted.
Last minute bookings or cancellations. If you book or cancel your treatment on the same day, please also notify us by phone on 4861121. Please note that as per our cancellation policy (below), appointments canceled within 24 hours may incur a fee.

New Clients

If you are pregnant and haven't visited us before we ask that you contact your LMC prior to your booking, to let them know that you are having a Bella Mama specialist pregnacy massage and get their verbal consent. When making your booking, please also let us know in the 'Comment' box, how many weeks pregnant you are and if you have any conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes that we may need to know about. We may also contact you by phone to confirm any of the above details.

Cancellation Policy
|
Please give at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation to avoid a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. This charge is for the consideration of your therapists time and for other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. The full treatment cost will be charged if less than four hours notice is given. (NB: We do make exceptions for going into labour!) :)

New Bloom Post Natal Massage with Traditional Javenese Spice Belly Wrap 75 mins $135
This traditional South East Asian treatment includes a New Bloom specialist postnatal massage (see below) as well as a traditional Javanese belly wrap designed to tone the post-natal body. Following the abdominal massage techniques, a blend of herbs and spices is applied to the belly and secured with a firm wrap. This is then covered with a warm pack (known traditionally as a mother warming) which has the effect of toning the abdominal muscles, skin and organs. While the soothing wrap does its work, you receive a blissfully relaxing neck, scalp and face massage. The wrap is designed to be worn home and removed after a couple of hours. It is recommended to have three to six post natal massages and wraps to receive the full benefits.
* NB If you have had a C-Section it is advisable to wait until you have had your six week sign off from your LMC before having a abdominal wrap.
