Booost Group Sessions Come along and train in a group environment. Make your health and fitness journey more varied, consistent and enjoyable. An added bonus - it won't cost as much but you'll still gain the same great results! We have a range of sessions to suit your needs:

G:30 - Lose it
This is a time efficient session focusing on pure cardiovascular training to burn those calories off for another two hours after workout!

G:30 - Tone it
This is a session focusing on resistance training to get you to the next level of strength and muscle tone!

G:30 - Core & Stretch
This is a session focusing on strengthening the core and stretching the muscles to help increase mobility in the body

G:30 - Box it
A 30-minute Boxing, Kicking and Body weight workout in a group environment. This is a time efficient session focusing on co-ordination, cardio and ENERGY!

How to deal with "Lower Back Pain"
