No Show is a No NoYour appointment time is reserved for you well ahead of time, and it is likely that time cannot be filled if you were to cancel. PLEASE keep your appointment time! If you must change your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice so we can fill that slot, there is loss of earnings for us and clients wanting to book in miss out…Please consider this if you cannot make your appointment time thankyou.
If making an appointment please be on time as my appointments run to schedule. Running late can cause problems as it takes up the next client's appointment time and can continue for all my clients following during the day. Better to just to leave a little earlier so you can make it on time. Thank you.
There is a 50% cancellation fee charged at next appointment if no shows and cancellation is late.
If you have made a booking online via Ezybook and you need to cancel, please note that we prefer that you click on the BOOK ONLINE button above and cancel your own appointment. The reason being is that we dont always delete the booking if it is texted or phoned through. There is a facility to cancel appointments through your own registered booking page.
We accept Eftpos and cash. Cheques by prior arrangement.

After shaving the hair is not lighter, softer or sparse the full growth is there, it is thicker and only shorter because of shaving, so please do not arrive expecting a 4 weekly brazilian at the $30.00 pricing after shaving, this is only for regular 4 weekly clients who have the brazilian wax who visit our waxing studios, this does not exclude new clients that have had a recent wax 4 weeks prior to there visit.
WE WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE TREATMENTS THAT HAVE BEEN BOOKED CORRECTLY SO IT IS VITAL THAT YOU ENSURE YOU HAVE BOOKED ENOUGH TIME FOR YOUR DESIRED TREATMENT.

We do not have a receptionist and the booking system is for your and our convenience and ease. So from now on we don’t take phone, text or email bookings. The quick and easiest way to book your appointment is via our website booking pages for booking at the location that best suits you. This system is great and can be done at any time of the day, 24 hours.
