The first time you bring your dog to Dappa Dogs for a groom, we will spend time finding out exactly what you are looking for with regards to the finished product of the groom. So please allow at least 10-15 minutes when you come along for the first time. Our groomers will advise you what is and isn't possible.

As well as 2 thorough shampoos, a full groom includes, ears cleaned and plucked, as required, nails trimmed and the coat is trimmed, scissored or hand stripped to your requirements.

Prices for a groom are based on a standard breed size and the coat being in a knot or matt free condition.
If your dog is badly matted, there is a $20 per 20 minutes de-matting charge. For humane reasons a severely matted coat would be clipped off, this will be advised during your initial consultation.

wash & blow dry
|
This is where you can just leave it all to us. Drop off your beloved pooch and then pick him up a couple of hours later, clean as a whistle. Using state-of-the-art equipment we will give your pooch 2 thorough shampoos, using all natural grooming shampoos. Then with the high-velocity blower/dryers, this not only dries your dog, but it blows out any remaining loose hair and dander (dead skin). So you end up with a very clean dog!

At Dappa Dogs you can do it yourself, we'll provide you with everything you need to make your dog look and smell fabulous again. Towels, shampoo, grooming tools, lots of hot water and a hair dryer are all provided.
Ergonomically designed bathing cubicles that have enough space to get the whole family around the bath, so the children can play too.
Messy bathroom, aching back, chasing your dog round the garden with a hose, not anymore. At Dappa Dogs we provide everything but the dog.

If there are no appointments on the day you desire, you can always call us and we will put you on our waiting list, just in case we get a cancellation. Also sometimes we can get ahead of ourselves, in which case we can sometimes offer you short notice appointment.

One appointment is for one dog only, so if you have more than one dog and wish to have them groomed on the same day, please book one appointment for each dog.
