NLP is the process of understanding and utilising the way an individual's brain works. By altering a client's way of seeing and interacting with experience gives them more options for behaviour. NLP is at the forefront of change therapies.

Astrological Counselling

After years as a fraud, it has found a resurgence as proper evidence research uncovers representative patterns. As a counselling tool, astrology reveals the interactions and effects that events and timing have manifested into limiting beliefs and behaviours. Such a tool is not generally available to most counsellors.
