HFC is a group of like-minded trainers and fitness consultants who are concerned with training people individually and in group situations. This is done not only from a physical perspective but also an educational one. We live in a stressful environment with no time to learn how to eat or exercise well and to therefore function healthily. Learning about how our bodies operate and better ways to eat, exercise and recover will mean that our quality of life improves as well.

About us

Greig Rightforrd Greig is HFC's director and cardiovascular training specialist. He is a Les Mills BodyTrainer as well as a Corrective Exercise Specialist which means he is able to assist people to optimise their performance and health through efficient movement.
Rodyney O'Sullivan Rodney is HFC's Injury Rehabilitation specialist. He performs extensive tests to identify muscle balance, pain, incorrect posture and the effects of imbalance and weakness on function and movement. He will be able to identify your injury rehabiliation needs and create a programme for you to address these and work your way back to a strong and healthy body.
