Hip Hoop Group Fitness delivers comprehensive Hula Hooping lessons followed by Hoop toning, Hoop conditioning and Hoop cardio routines.

(When you arrive at the carpark continue driving down to the left and
onto the basketball courts and park right next to the hall)

Prices
|
$15 per lesson
$65 for a 5 card concession (Valid for 3 months from purchase date)
$95 for a 5 card concession and a Hula Hoop (Valid for 3 months from purchase date)

What to wear/bring
|
Wear normal workout gear e.g. sports footwear combined with a tank top and leggings or shorts
Just bring your lovely self with a huge amount of enthusiasm and plenty of water to stay hydrated

Making your booking
|
To book you must first register with Ezybook this only takes a short amount of time. Choose the Hip Hoop Fitness class that you wish to take on the right hand side. If you need to review, change or cancel your booking you can do so by clicking on "My Ezybook" it's super easy!!!
If you have a Living Social Voucher please indicate that by leaving a
message with your booking. Also please bring your voucher to class.
NB: If you wish to make bookings for more than one person then please have that person register and make their booking separately as Ezybook does not allow multiple bookings.

Cancellation Policy
|
We require 12 hours notice to cancel your appointment. We have other people waiting and teachers set up to take your classes so appreciate you taking the time to cancel with at least 12 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice or no shows will be charged for that lesson.
Hip Hoop reserves the right to cancel classes with low bookings and will contact you to reschedule your booking.

What to expect at your Hip Hoop lesson
|
Hip Hoop lessons consist of learning how to Hoop in the
beginning on the waist and arms right up to progressing to the feet,
legs, chest and neck. The skills part of the lesson is followed by short
routines designed to tone, condition and keep your heart rate up
whilst teaching you how to transition and flow between the hoop tricks
smoothly ... giving your mind a workout too.
