Massage
Therapy works on the soft connective tissue and deeper layers of muscle to enhance function, promote
blood circulation, aid in the healing process and promote relaxation. The word
comes from the Greek verb massÅ, "to handle, touch, to work with the
hands".
At Mai
Massage the primary aim is to provide relief to the multiple effects of stress
and muscle tension as they present in the physical body. In addition we promote a holistic
approach towards re-integration of the whole person.
The many health benefits of massage range from physical, mental and spiritual when working holistically with the whole body. It is not uncommon during a massage for both therapist and client to
attain a state of heightened awareness, of "presence in the moment",
that is akin to the experience of meditation.

Natural Therapies NZ specializing in Deep Relaxation Therapy, Reflexology and
Holistic Pulsing and Spironic muscle balancing.

Bookings
|
To book with Mai
Massage, you first need to Register with Ezybook - this only takes a couple of
minutes.
Then just chose the appropriate duration massage this will take you to
our calendar. Also feel free to enter any comments about your requirements before
you click on "confirm booking".
You will receive a booking confirmation, and should you need to change
your appointment, you can do this by logging into and clicking on
"my ezybook".

Cancellations
|
If you need to book or cancel appointments with us on the day, please TXT or call: 0274 50 99 22 to discuss rebooking.

Cancellation Policy
|
Cancellations less then 24 hours prior to your appointment, will be charged at 50% of your appointed Massage Session (conditions apply, e.g. accidents, etc.).
If the appointment is missed without prior notice, I have to charge the full amount, as I will not be able to give that massage appointment to another client.

Plenty of Parking is available at the rear and under Specforce Fitness Building.

First Massage Appointments
|
FIRST MASSAGE APPOINTMENTS are booked out at 1 and 15mins. (This will appear on EZYBOOK as still just an hour, however, the massage therapists would like you to turn up 5 minutes ahead of time at reception, to fill out a form. You will remain in the treatment room for 10 minutes over the hour booked, to make up for time spent evaluating and planning the session.
