Pole Fitness New Zealand is all about making fitness fun.

There is no need to be nervous! We cater for all fitness abilities , ages, shapes and sizes.
We are completely dedicated to making fitness fun for all our students.

Pole Dancing is a very beneficial, fun and fantastic work out!
Pole Dancing sculpts the body, strengthens the core and increases your upper body strength.

*There is plenty of street parking in the surrounding streets and we are located in Studio 2 which is the ground level dance studio.
Pole Fitness Bookings with Ezybook To make bookings you first need to register with Ezybook which only takes a couple of minutes.

Please click on "Pole Fitness Class" under "Ezybook now" and you will be taken to our timetable. Once you have made your booking you will be able to change this yourself by logging into Ezbook and clicking on "My ezybook".
What to wear I want you to wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Your gym gear is a perfect option. You can wear shoes or barefoot. Please avoid moisturising before you come into class.

New Class! Stiletto Fitness - Starts September 1st / Wednesday's @ 5:30pm
Stiletto Fitness is an intensive 50min lower- body work-out. We spend half the class strengthening and toning your Legs, Bums and Tums, wearing your sports shoes! In the second half of the class we teach you a simple Chair Dancing routine that continues to give you a great workout! Then the fun begins when we strap on the Stilettos and put the Chair Dancing routine together.
