In addition to our awesome value gym memberships we offer a wide range of activity options from kickboxing to Pilates courses, Endless Pools to indoor cycling. You can now Ezybook onlinethe Activity Courses, Endless Pool and Squash Courts.

Bookings
|
To book you will first need to regiser with Ezybook. This only takes a couple of minutes. Once you've registered:
- click on the Course, or Pool or Squash court under "ezybook now" - this will take you to our calendar
- click on the appropriate date time, and class
- enter your membership number, and then click on "confirm booking"
CASUAL BOOKINGS - If you are not an existing member, you can still book online (we'd love to see you!). When you go to make your booking, just enter "CASUAL" where it says "enter membership number"

Activity Courses
|
A range of activity courses are held throughout the year, giving you the chance to spice up your exercise programme. Please click on the Activity Course that interests you and BOOK NOW!
Booking a 6 week course
We recommend you book for your chosen 6 week course to secure your spot. To do this, just select your course, then after you make your first booking, navigate forward one week at a time and make bookings for all 6 weeks. When you come to attend your first session, you will need to pay for the 6 week course.

Endless Pools
|
The 2 endless pools have different depths - Pool A is 1.8M deep and Pool B is 1M deep. If you have a preference, select either Pool A or Pool B when you make your booking.

Squash Courts
|
Our two glass backed squash courts are available seven days a week with a 30 minute and a 45 minute option. Racquets are available for hire and squash balls are available for purchase from reception.
