Welcome To The New Zealand School of Yoga
Established in 1983 as Auckland's first professionally run Iyengar Yoga School. Situated at 60 Broadway, Newmarket. For the very first time beginner through to the more experienced person, NZ Yoga has been designed and dedicated to helping all practitioners of yoga advance in their practice - by providing a supportive environment where classical hatha yoga of the highest quality is taught.
