Natural Health Consultation
- Assessment of current and past health issues, dietary and lifestyle habits, areas of stress
- Bio-impedance body composition analysis if required
- Set personal health goals or outcomes
- Treatment plan - nutrition, exercise, lifestyle
- Health education, healing or process work to help you heal
- Herbal medicines prescribed and supplied*
Adults 90 minutes $120
Children 7 - 14 years 1 hour $80
Children 0 - 7 years 30 minutes $40
* Herbal medicines supplied at additional cost of approx. $40 per 200 ml (2 week supply for average adult)
Follow up Consultation
- Follow up from previous session, review of progress
- Education or coaching on nutrition, eating patterns, exercise or areas of stress as required
- Healing or process work to help you to heal
- Refinement of herbal treatment plan if necessary
Weekly or fortnightly sessions recommended for reaching your goals and monthly sessions for long term maintenance and wellbeing.
