Frequently Asked Questions
What computer hardware or software do I need to use ezybook? ezybook is a “hosted service” which means that it runs on our computers, and all you need is a PC with access to the internet. We’ve designed ezybook to be able to work on any internet connection (dialup or broadband) and on most operating systems and browsers.

What do clients or members need to use ezybook? Again, all they need is a computer with internet access.

How can I make sure clients or members only make bookings when I’m available? You will still have complete control of your schedule. As part of our simple setup process, you define your hours, and then you can go in and update times you are not available.

How often will I need to go into ezybook to manage my appointments? Ideally, you should go in every day and update your availability, and see any new bookings. However, it’s really up to you.

How many courts or resources can the booking webpage handle? Our system can handle up to 20 courts or resources. If there’s more than that, we could break these down into categories (eg. by location, or type of resource).

If I’ve already got a website, can I use ezybook? Yes – all you need to do is include a link on your website to ezybook for your bookings. We will also have a link to your website from ezybook. As we will also have information about your business or facility on ezybook which we design to be “google searchable”, we can help increase hits on your webpage.

Can ezybook handle multiple branches of a business? Yes – in fact, ezybook is ideal for business like this as each branch can be setup in minutes, and we can handle bookings for all branches from our one site.

Can ezybook handle different duration appointments? Yes – our booking system is very flexible – appointments can be anywhere from 1 minute to 24 hours. We also have the ability to handle different duration appointments for one business – eg. A beautician which may have 5 different services with 5 different durations – we’ve designed our interface to handle this complexity, and make it simple for your clients.

How much does ezybook cost? We charge on a per booking basis and have a minimum monthy spend of $20 (ex GST and taxes).

Are there any setup or installation charges? No – we do not charge any setup fees of any kind. That’s because our setup process is so simple and fast.

What happens if there are “no shows”? We will refund you for any “no shows” within 3 months of it happening – you just need to keep track of when these happened, and who it was.

Refund procedure/process? Should you need a refund for any product or service you have purchased through ezybook, please contact the service provider who provided that service by going to their ezybook webpage, and clicking on “contact us”. If you are an ezybook service provider, and wish to obtain a refund from ezybook, please contact us via the "contact us" page.
