About Elizabeth
|
Elizabeth is a registered clinical psychologist that specialises in couple therapy, the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety, stress, trauma, bereavement as well as the management of every day stressors. She uses a collaborative approach in therapy, based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness principles and relational psychotherapy.

About Lize
|
Lize is a registered clinical psychologist that follows a collaborative approach. She works with a wide range of presentations including eating disorders. anxiety, depression, maternal mental health, relationship difficulties and adjustment difficulties. Lize is a qualified family therapist who uses a systemic approach in family based treatments.

Fees
|
$250 for an initial assessment and $200 for a follow up appointment
