About Jackie
|
Jackie is a senior clinical psychologist who can help with every day problems and life transitions through to more serious mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression and trauma. She takes a holistic approach, considering your issues in the context of the complex world we live in. This includes an awareness of culture, age and stage, and your own personal life history. Jackie is trained in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness and compassion focused therapy. She is particularly interested in helping you to find a new way of being that is more satisfying and fulfilling. Jackie also teaches postgraduate psychology at AUT and provides supervision and training to other therapists and psychologists.

Fees
|
$215 (GST inclusive) for the initial session of 90mins
$175 for follow-up sessions of 55 minutes
Payment by credit or eftpos card, cheque, cash or internet banking
24 hours notice of cancellation is required to avoid a cancellation fee
