I endeavour to help you achieve your body's optimal function and energy by restoring muscular and fascial balance. I use a variety of established and effective therapeutic massage techniques that can help relieve chronic muscular tension, aches and pains, improve recovery from some injuries and address muscular problems caused by sporting or repetitive motion activity. My approach to massage therapy has two key goals: to reduce pain and discomfort, and to provide a deep sense of restoration for body and mind.
First and foremost, I aim to provide a massage that will treat your individual needs, with a focus on remedying underlying soft tissue dysfunction. I use a range of techniques to achieve this, including:
- Myofascial release - Deep tissue massage - Swedish/Relaxation - sports massage - pre-natal/pregnancy massage - cupping therapy -Oncology Massage
