Essenciel Policy

Cancellation Policy:

I understand that I need to give 24 hours notice of cancellation prior to my appointment, if I am unable to keep my appointment with Essenciel. For last minute cancellations, reschedules or no shows I understand that I will be charged the full price of my treatment at Essenciel. I understand that this policy also apply when appointments are made within the 24 hours frame. For Bookings made on the day, I understand that I will be charged 50% of my appointment as a deposit when I am a new client of Essenciel. This is a courtesy to our self-employed therapists and allows us to give people on our waiting list an opportunity to get a treatment. When an appointment using a gift voucher is cancelled outside of the 24 hours policy, the gift voucher will be voided.

Arrival Policy:

I understand that Essenciel recommend to arrive 5 minutes prior my scheduled appointment to discuss my needs and prepare for my treatment it help them to stay on schedule and it is fair to the next client. I understand that when I arrive late I will be charged the full amount of each session, and I will be treated for the remaining time.

Refund Policy:

I understand that I need to choose carefully when I purchase a concession card or a gift voucher from Essenciel, as I will not get a refund if I change my mind.

Gift Vouchers Policy:

I understand that Gift Voucher from Essenciel are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and will not be honored if the date is expired and that when an appointment using a gift voucher is cancelled outside of the 24 hours policy, the gift voucher will be voided. I understand that Essenciel will not allowed to use discount voucher on gift vouchers.

Concession Cards Policy:

I understand that there is an expiry date on concession card from the date of purchase and that when an appointment using the concession card is cancelled outside of the 24 hour policy, that concession card appointment will be voided. Concession cards can only be used by a maximum of 2 people.

DIY Soy Candles:

Learn about why soy candles are cleaner burning and non-toxic and are better for your health than regular paraffin based candles. Create your own candles to take home

DIY Aroma Diffuser Bracelet:

You will make your own beautiful aroma diffuser bracelet. Later on you will add your choice of essential oils so it permeates a revitalising scent.
