Facial Radiance
A wonderful treatment that incorporates massage, energy and acupressure points. This
special technique releases your facial, neck and scalp muscles helping your
skin regain its elasticity and natural glow. Wrinkles soften and fine lines
disappear. Puffiness around your eyes is reduced. You'll be amazed how relaxing this will be!

Reflexology
Based on the principle that there are reflex points or areas in our feet that
correspond to the organs, tissues, systems and structures within our entire
body.
Applying specific pressure techniques to your feet promotes physiological
changes in your body and offers a means of restoring calm and balance.
45 and 60 minute treatments are available.

Biodynamic CraniosacralTherapy
An extremely gentle yet powerful treatment to treat both musculoskeletal and
soft tissue problems that can cause back, neck and shoulder pain, headaches and
migraines, golf/tennis elbow, joint and sciatic nerve pain, work or sports
related injuries.
Treatment takes place lying down, fully clothed and involves
a very light contact usually on the head, under the back or on the feet.
45 and 60 minute
treatments are available.

Making a booking
|
Just select the appropriate treatment and duration at the right
hand side.
You will then be taken to our calendar, where you can select an
available date and time, fill in your details, and click on "confirm
booking".
If you
have any special requirements, please enter these in the "comments"
section before you confirm your booking.
If you cannot
find an appointment online, please send a text message and we will find you the soonest
available cancelled appointment.

Cancellation Policy
|
I totally understand that unexpected things can happen and whilst I will
do my best to accommodate your needs, 24 hours notice is requested to
change or cancel an appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling within this
timeframe will attract the full cost of the session, unless the
appointment is filled. This will also apply to missed appointments where
no notice is given.
If you can't make your appointment feel free to give it to a friend!
Lateness to an appointment will cut into your treatment
time.
