ABOUT ME
|
Hi my name is TeAwhina (T-R-Fina), I am a Massage Therapist with 13yrs experience. I am also a beautician with 11yrs experience. I am a mother of four children and I have lived on the west coast for 18yrs.
I am really in love with my work and love it even more when we get good results for you. I love all forms of bodywork and I am open to alternative therapies and alternative medicine.
One of my main goals in my line of work, is to be part of the evolving progress in the integration of modern western medicine with alternative therapies and natural medicine. Health care that provides education on how to take care of yourself from the inside, the outside and all levels of your being, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
I have recently completed advanced studies in nutritional supplementation, myofascial release therapy and I am an OMT oncology (cancer) massage therapist. I take care of myself with TCM (traditional chinese medicine), Reflexology, Massage, Essential Oils, Yoga, Accunet, BodyTalk, Chiropractor, Nature - beach, rivers, lakes, bush, starry nights, sunny days, Hot baths with epsom salts and essential oils, Good Food (I love juicing), Good Thoughts, Good Friends and a Good Book. I really enjoy continuously learning something new, so I love youtube for lectures and self education and I always share things that ignite my passion for good health and well being :) I am not perfect I am working every day towards a stronger version of my authentic self for myself, my family and all the people that cross my path.
