Liz operates a home based, therapeutic massage clinic in Strowan, Christchurch - a peaceful setting in a quiet cul de sac street, situated between Merivale and Papanui. Directions from Wairakei or Strowan Rd - turn onto Normans Rd, take 3rd turn on left, Hartley Ave, follow this street around, turn onto Lansbury Ave, first street on left. From Papanui Rd. turn onto Hawthorne St, third street along on right side is Lansbury Ave.

I provide remedial, sports & relaxation massage reflexology and reiki treatments. Just select your preference on the right hand side, and you'll be taken to our online calendar where you can confirm your booking.

Cancellation Policy

Out of consideration for all clients, a minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule. If late notice is given, 50% of the session cost will be charged. ( unless slot is filled) Lateness to appointments will affect your treatment time. Thank you for your understanding.

I have had several shoulder injuries in the past. I found massage to be helpful in treatiing these injuries together with a stretching and strengthening programme.
During stressful periods I have found reflexology to be helpful in providing relaxation.
If you wish I may incorporate both massage and reflexology within a treatment.
