Remedial or Therapeutic Massage
Targets specific areas of concern, such as headaches, neck, shoulder and back pain or general muscle aches and pains.
Draws on knowledge of neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue massage, clinical sport massage.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT) for Lymphoedema and Lipoedema
A very subtle technique to stimulate the lymphatic system to drain inflammation, swelling, and fluid.
Lymphoedema is a chronic condition whereby the lymphatic system is damaged or not functioning properly, and results in accumulating fluid, tissue changes and increased risk of infection.
Amanda is the only therapist on the East Coast trained in the Dr Vodder Method of CDT
Neuromuscular Therapy
Combines a range of techniques, including trigger point therapy, with an understanding of anatomy and how the body works as a whole. It is effective at targeting areas of the body that may be contributing to overall or specific dysfunction.
Pregnancy Massage
