Based in Freyberg Pool's Fitness Centre, Rachel holds a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage from the NZ College of Massage, and has more than 10 years' experience as a massage practitioner.
Rachel offers deep tissue, sports, pregnancy and relaxation massage for all ages and fitness levels.
