A combination of Soft Tissue Massage, Joint Manipulative Techniques and Exercise Rehabilitation is utilised to gain best results quickly.
All new patients undergo a thorough initial consultation. An individual
treatment plan is then developed with consideration given to short-term
goals of pain relief and long term solutions aimed at preventing
re-injury and improving performance.
